1. Call to Order & Welcome

• Meeting called to order by Interim President Randall Steinberg.
• Randall thanked members for their commitment and introduced the board.
• Recognition was given to Abby & Mandie (Swim Team Coordinators), Kelly Robertson (Events), Justin Evans (Facilities support), and Tony Sabio for his pool and technology contributions.

2. Manager’s Report – Haley Eisenbraun

• Haley reported on the 2025 pool season:

• Managed as Pool Operator, Manager, and Head Swim Coach.
• Staff retention: 6–7 guards returned; staffing shortages noted. Recommendation to recruit 2–3 additional guards next year.
• Events were well-organized thanks to Kelly’s leadership.

3. Financial & Maintenance Report

• Randall presented the financial summary:

• Thin budget margins with only ~$4,900 available for “other costs.”
• Leslie’s Pool Supply professional membership obtained to reduce chemical expenses.
• 92% of budget committed at start of season.

• Survey results reviewed:

• Members see value in the club but satisfaction/renewal intent is lower.
• Lowest scores: tennis court condition and pool cleanliness.

• Action Items:

• Focus on cleanliness and facility upkeep (weed-eating, blowing off courts/deck, bathroom cleaning).
• Engage outside pool experts for ongoing chemical/water quality oversight.
• Increase transparency & member communication through open meetings and responsive email.

4. Membership & Retention Discussion

• Membership at ~120 units; 125 is break-even, 150 is goal.
• Discussion of strategies:

• Targeted fundraising for resurfacing/replastering.
• Silent auction and service-based donations.
• Referral incentives/new member discounts (e.g., $50 off promotion).
• Increased transparency: posting meeting notes online.
